The Mental Disability Rights International’s latest report, “Torture Not Treatment”, shows children in “long-term” restraints, among other graphic images of the disgusting human rights violations going on in “hospitals” and other “health care facilities”.  Whether or not the “conduct disorder camp” that I mentioned on the weekend exists, as I wondered if the situation depicted in an episode of “ER” that I watched was true to life, this is what is going on as we type…you may download the report below.
